Payment and transparency

Paid memberships are processed through Stripe's secure checkout. Before paying you can review the plan, the applicable amount and currency, and the renewal frequency. Apple Pay will appear automatically when your device and Wallet are compatible.
Informed collection
The amount, currency, frequency and next collection date will appear before accepting any recurring payment.
Renewal and notice
When there is automatic renewal, we will send prior notice and request express consent when contracting.
Easy cancellation
Membership may be canceled without penalty. Cancellation stops future charges, but does not automatically return periods already paid.
Protected data
Stripe will process the payment information. MacroRadar will use only the data necessary to manage access, support and membership.

Frequently asked questions
What you should know before joining.
Do I need previous experience?
No. Level 1 starts with points, pips, lotting, orders, sessions and basic risk management.
Do I need to know macroeconomics?
No. You will learn the concepts within a route applied to Nasdaq and XAUUSD, not as a traditional economics course.
Does MacroRadar deliver signals?
No. The community works with context, scenarios, confirmation and invalidation to develop its own criteria.
Does MacroRadar Pro operate automatically?
No. Organize matches, zones, news and confirmations. The decision and execution remain in the hands of the trader.
Do I need MetaTrader 5?
Yes. MacroRadar uses MT5 for practical classes and MacroRadar Pro. You can trade with any compatible broker.
Can I enter without using the robot?
Yes. Free, Community, and Standard do not include MacroRadar Pro. If you only want the robot, Track Record, and its support, choose MacroRadar PRO; Premium combines the robot with community and training.
What does the Community plan include?
Monthly Community includes private Discord, macroeconomic and geopolitical tracking, a weekly report, and membership support, without training, tools, or MacroRadar Pro. Annual Community keeps those benefits and adds live sessions Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
How do I identify an official communication?
Yael Ortega and the MacroRadar team will never ask you for payments via private message, transfers to personal accounts, passwords, verification codes or complete bank details. No member may solicit money, loans, investments or private payments within the community. Official payments are made only through the Stripe links posted on this page. If an account impersonates your team or asks you for money, keep a screenshot and report it directly to contacto@macroradar.mx.
How long does support take?
The target first response time is 24 to 48 business hours. Fraud or security reports receive priority review, typically within 12 business hours. Disciplinary appeals are typically resolved within 3 to 5 business days. These deadlines may be extended if the case requires information from Stripe, Discord, or a third party.
What data can you request support?
To resolve a membership we may ask for your Discord username or ID, email used in Stripe, plan name, approximate payment date, receipt or invoice identifier, and a screenshot with hidden sensitive data. We will never ask for your password, verification or 2FA codes, full card number, CVV, banking access or payments by private message.
How can I appeal a sanction?
Before a disciplinary expulsion, except in a security emergency, the team must communicate the removal of access and the review route. You can request a human review at macroradar.mx/apelacion.html. Appealing does not automatically restore access or replace cancellation or refund policies.
How are levels unlocked?
Monthly Standard and Premium start at Level 1: a useful post adds 5 points, a meaningful comment adds 3, and a reaction received adds 1, with a daily limit of 20 points. Annual Standard and Annual Premium include all 10 levels from day one. Free, Community, and standalone MacroRadar PRO plans do not include level-based training.
Do I lose my level if I stop paying and return later?
No. In Monthly Standard and Premium we keep your points and level so you can continue where you left off when you return with the same account and purchase email. Annual Standard and Annual Premium include all 10 levels during their validity.
Do I have to participate or attend?
Not to keep your membership. In monthly Standard and Premium, participation is only required if you want to unlock new levels. Attendance at sessions is always optional.
Are the sessions recorded?
No. Live sessions are not recorded. Classes for each level are available under My Account → Training.
Where will I find the classes?
The videos will be organized in private Discord channels. The portal will show your progress and direct links to available content.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel whenever you want and stop future charges. Payments already made are non-refundable, except when applicable legislation establishes otherwise.
